SuppressLeak provides AI-powered content protection services, including:
- Content monitoring: Automated scanning of websites and platforms for unauthorized use of your content
- DMCA takedown services: Filing and managing Digital Millennium Copyright Act takedown requests
- Leak suppression: Removing unauthorized content from search engines and websites
- Deepfake detection: Identifying artificially generated content using your likeness
- Reporting: Dashboard access to monitor takedown progress and statistics
No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We cannot guarantee the removal of all unauthorized content
- Takedown success depends on third-party platform cooperation
- Our monitoring may not detect all instances of content misuse
- Certain platforms may not comply with removal requests
- You are not entitled to refunds if removal is unsuccessful
3. User Registration and Account
Account Creation
To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Update your information to maintain accuracy
Account Verification
We may require identity verification to confirm you are the rightful owner of the content you wish to protect. This may include:
- Social media verification

- Proof of content ownership
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

4. User Obligations
By using our Services, you warrant and agree that:
- Content ownership: You own or have legal rights to all content you submit for protection
- Accurate information: All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
- Billing information: You guarantee the accuracy of your billing information (country, address, VAT number). Any error or false declaration makes you solely responsible for taxes due and penalties
- Lawful use: You will use our Services only for lawful purposes
- No false claims: You will not submit false or fraudulent takedown requests
- Authorization: You grant us authority to submit removal requests on your behalf
- Cooperation: You will provide necessary information for effective service delivery
- Review obligations: You will verify the accuracy of removal requests before submission
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to:
- Submit takedown requests for content you do not own
- Harass, intimidate, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
5. Subscription and Payment
Fees
Our Services are offered under various subscription plans as displayed on our website. Fees are:
- Charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annually)
- Non-refundable except as specified in Section 6
- Subject to change with 30 days' notice
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card details.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.
Late Payment
Services may be suspended for non-payment after appropriate notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
However, by using our Services immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital services and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Refund Policy
- Within 14 days: Full refund available if no takedown requests have been processed
- After 14 days: Prorated refunds calculated based on remaining subscription period
- No refund for: Months already fully used, or if account was terminated for Terms violation
7. Intellectual Property
Our Property
SuppressLeak, including our website, software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
Your Content
You retain all rights to your original content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:
- Monitor, analyze, and take action to protect your content
- Submit removal requests on your behalf
- Use anonymized data to improve our Services
8. Disclaimers
Service Provided "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of detection or removal results

SuppressLeak provides content protection services but does not provide legal representation or legal advice. For complex legal matters, consult a qualified attorney.
Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms, search engines, or hosting providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Direct damages: Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim
- Indirect damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Exclusions: These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including French law)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuppressLeak, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- False or fraudulent takedown requests you submit
11. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. You may also bring claims in the courts of your country of residence.

13. Force Majeure
